The winners of the “Imagination Awards”, where the Imagination Center rewards people and works that turn their dreams into power, have been announced. In the night organized to support people, institutions and works inspired by imagination, the concept of imagination was rewarded for the first time.
The “Imagination Awards”, organized for the first time this year by the Imagination Association, found their owners with a magnificent award ceremony. In the night organized to increase the visibility and support of people, institutions and works inspired by imagination and produced with curiosity and skill, the works that turn imagination into power were awarded.
The categories of the Imagination Awards are out of the ordinary
On November 19, at the awards ceremony held at the ENKA İbrahim Betil Auditorium, the awards were given in a total of 8 categories to works, inventions, projects and products in the fields of life, science and social initiatives that were surprising, made the unlikely happen, were out of the ordinary, different, promising and creative. At the same time, “Respect Awards” given within the scope of “Imagination Awards” were given to eight people who “Contributed to Turkey’s Imagination”.
Accordingly, within the scope of the “Respect Awards”, the “Contribution to Turkey’s Imagination Award” goes to Prof. Dr. Ioanna Kuçuradi, a scientist who has devoted years of his life to philosophy and the dissemination of philosophy education; to Nardane Kusçu, who founded Narköy, an organic agricultural farm and living center in 2007; to İrfan Sayar, who enabled millions of children to dream and build machines with his “Prof. Zihni Sinir Proceler”; to Barış Özcan; to Coşkun Aral; to the Village Institutes; to Cem Madra. In addition, the “Transforming Imagination Award” went to Hasan Kızıl, the “Provocative Imagination Award” to Refik Anadol, the “Stubborn Imagination Award” to Nuran Erden, the woman who changed her village, the “Childhood Imagination Award” to Zahid Mungan and the “Encouraging Imagination Award” to Hasan Kum.
